Austin, TEXAS - February 1, 2001 - Banderacom, a leading fabless InfiniBand semiconductor company, today announced that President and CEO Les Crudele will speak at Morgan Keegan's Fourth Annual System Area Networks Conference. Crudele's comments will highlight InfiniBand technology, Banderacom's IBandit semiconductor architecture, the company's partnerships and customers and a model illustrating how this emerging technology will deploy rapidly.

More than 50 industry leaders are scheduled to present at the conference, including Banderacom.
