Tasks
Build and lead a team of hardware and software systems engineers to define and develop silicon bring-up and debug platforms, reference designs, demonstration systems, and diagnostic and configuration software. Work with system architects, chip designers, and development partners to identify system hardware and software requirements. Establish a systems lab to perform silicon bring-up and compliance/compatibility testing and performance measurement. Responsible for staffing, budgeting, personnel reviews.

Requirements
BS or MS Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering plus 8-10 years experience with at least 3 in a supervisory or management role. Hardware and software system development for I/O controller chips, such as network, SCSI, or RAID controllers. High performance system bus experience with PCI and Ethernet is helpful.
